WHAT ARE YOUR DAYS & HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our cleaners are available 7 days a week from 8am until 10pm. However, a booking must be made during office hours located on the contact information page.

Yes, we are fully insured.


DO YOU BRING THE EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING PRODUCTS?

AllBrite Home Detailing will bring all necessary equipment and cleaning products unless you request otherwise.


DO YOU OFFER CARPET CLEANING?

Sorry, but we do not offer carpet cleaning.


HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

Payment is made on the day of each visit. We accept cash or cheque. Most customers find it convenient to leave a cheque payable to AllBrite Home Detailing on the kitchen table or counter.


DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU CLEAN MY HOUSE?

We recommend that you be home the first time so that you can meet the cleaner or cleaners and give detailed instructions.


DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE CLEANING?

We ask that you take a few minutes before your scheduled cleaning to tidy. By simply putting clothes away, putting dishes in the dishwasher, and organizing loose papers we will have more time to do what we do best - detail your home.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULED CLEANING?

We will make every effort to schedule another time. However we do ask for a 72-hour notice by phone or email.


WHAT IF MY CLEANING FALLS ON A HOLIDAY?

We will contact you to reschedule.


WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED WHILE CLEANING MY HOME?

We treat your home with the utmost of care; however, accidents do happen. In case of damage, do not worry. We will either repair or replace it. We are fully insured.


DO YOU GUARANTEE QUALITY SERVICE?

Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of work, and the cleaner or cleaners have not been given a time limit, we will come back to your home to redo it. GUARANTEED. However, you must notify us within 24 hours.
